Technical Solutions Architect Job Description

This role will focus on reviewing and refining the organisation's Architecture Review Board processes, understanding the current state, why it exists, and how it should evolve to support future needs.

You'll work across a portfolio of projects, engaging with stakeholders to ensure architectural decisions are well-informed, practical, and future-ready. This is a hands-on role requiring both technical depth and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Review and document current architectural governance and decision-making processes
  2. Analyse and articulate the rationale behind existing architecture
  3. Define how the architecture should evolve to support future business and technology goals
  4. Engage with stakeholders to validate and refine architectural direction
  5. Provide technical leadership across multiple concurrent projects
About You

Proven experience as a solutions architect in complex enterprise environments

Strong understanding of architectural governance and review processes

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Ability to work across multiple projects and influence architectural outcomes

Hands-on technical background with the ability to deep-dive into solution design

Experience working on medical projects, clinical applications (nice to have)
