Dispensary Technician Role

As a Dispensary Technician, you will play a critical role in enabling us to achieve our purpose by:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and consulting with customers to ensure they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs
  • Assisting pharmacists to process prescriptions efficiently and accurately using our dispensing system
  • Maintaining well-stocked dispensaries to meet customer needs
  • Demonstrating the value of National Pharmacies membership to customers
  • Working across our network of pharmacies in the SA metropolitan area once fully trained

Successful Dispensary Technicians consistently demonstrate:

  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and advice to diverse customers with various health and well-being needs
