**This position is predominately for a Pharmacy Assistant in the front of shop, however there is an opportunity for a dual role that includes time as a Dispensary Technician if you are interested.**

We are known for our ability to deliver high quality pharmacy services and programs and as being innovators within our industry. We have a strong focus on pharmacy specific services such as vaccinations and injectables, wound care, health monitoring, dose administration aids (Webster Packs), as well as medication advice and review. We are early adapters for scope of practice initiatives in pharmacy and have recently registered as an NDIS provider.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Pharmacy or retail experience desirable.
- Applicants should have great communication skills, be able to work well in a team, have a positive and hard working attitude, and have a keen interest in health and well-being.
- Certificate II or above in Pharmacy desirable but you will otherwise be supported to obtain this on-the-job.
- Driver's Licence essential.
- Computer skills essential.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Processing sales through the register.
- Stock ordering, management and invoicing.
- Liaising with sales representatives.
- Growth and maintenance of customer loyalty program.
- Assist with staff training in relation to new product lines and promotions.
- Stock and store presentation, including promotions and in-store marketing strategies.
- Additionally for Dispensary Technician - taking in and processing scripts, dispensary stock ordering and management, assistance with managing professional service bookings.
