We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in the West region. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with adults and young people with a disability to achieve their goals and live the life they choose.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver therapy services to adults and young people with a disability in their homes, educational settings, or in the community.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, and Psychologists.
- Provide indirect customer service and family coordination to support client goals.
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Experience working within a transdisciplinary team model.
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Willingness to improve clinical practice and develop skills in areas of need.
- Competency in IT platforms, particularly client management systems.
- Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- AHPRA Registration and Australian driver's licence.
