Aligned Leisure is a leading provider of health, fitness, and leisure services in Victoria and New South Wales. As a subsidiary of the Richmond Football Club, we are committed to delivering exceptional experiences for our customers and staff.
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Fitness Professional to join our team in Cardinia. As part of our Fitness and Programs department, this casual position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the fitness and wellbeing of our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver high-quality, personalized training programs for clients based on their individual needs and fitness goals
- Conduct fitness assessments and health consultations to develop tailored exercise plans
- Monitor client progress, provide ongoing support, and adjust training programs as necessary
- Promote a safe and inclusive environment for all members, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the fitness center
Requirements:
- Fitness Australia or Physical Activity Australia registration
- Certificate 3+ 4 in Fitness or equivalent
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Working with Children Check
- Previous experience in customer service
