Supported by the people and business systems of the Richmond Football Club, Aligned Leisure currently operates 32 leisure centres, community stadiums, pools, gyms, theatres and other facilities throughout Victoria and New South Wales.

About the Role
Aligned Leisure is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Personal Trainer to join our team in Cardinia. As part of the Fitness and Programs department, this casual position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the fitness and wellbeing of our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality, personalized training programs for clients based on their individual needs and fitness goals
- Conduct fitness assessments and health consultations to develop tailored exercise plans
- Monitor client progress, provide ongoing support, and adjust training programs as necessary
- Promote a safe and inclusive environment for all members, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the fitness center
- Create individualized exercise plans that align with clients' specific objectives, abilities, and preferences
- Deliver dynamic personal training sessions that cater to diverse participant needs while maintaining high energy levels
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and overall wellness practices
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and attendance
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in personal training, continually seeking professional development opportunities
Requirements
- Fitness Australia or Physical Activity Australia registration
- Certificate 3+ 4 in Fitness or equivalent
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Working with Children Check
- Previous experience in customer service
