Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to lead our National Apprenticeship Program. The successful candidate will play a critical role in building internal capability across our Retail and Commercial Operations.

This includes designing, delivering, and evaluating learning solutions that uplift performance, strengthen talent pipelines, and support the organisation's strategic goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A qualified motor mechanic with post-trade management experience
  • Experience in the automotive industry and a deep understanding of training
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop young technicians
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Sound communications skills both verbal and in writing
  • Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Familiarity with RTO compliance, reporting and funding opportunities
