Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Facilities Management Strategies
Develop and implement long-term facilities management strategies that align with Abbotsleigh's goals and vision.
Oversee Daily OperationsOversee daily operations, including maintenance, safety, and security of all facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Manage Budgets and ContractsPrepare and manage budgets for facility operations, ensuring resource allocation is cost-effective and aligned with Abbotsleigh's needs.
Oversee contracts and maintain relationships with external service providers and contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Ensure Compliance and QualityEnsure all facilities comply with relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental policies.
Lead and manage facility improvement projects, including renovations, upgrades, and new developments to enhance operational efficiency.
Lead and Develop TeamsSupervise and develop facilities management staff, promoting a high-performance culture and effective team collaboration.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to address and resolve facility-related needs and issues efficiently.
Requirements- Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, Architecture, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Facility Manager, Project Management Professional) is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in property management, facilities management, or construction management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing major projects and budgets.
