**Executive Leadership Role Summary:**
We are seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to drive our organisation's strategic growth, leveraging their expertise in sales, customer experience, and operational excellence.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading all functions, including sales, customer experience, service delivery, operations, construction, and subcontractor partnership management.
You will work closely with functional and frontline leaders to attract and retain quality talent and drive initiatives to build high-performing teams.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, the ability to inspire teams, and drive strategic initiatives that shape the future of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all functions to achieve business objectives and drive exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives and projects
- Monitor company performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
- Make informed financial decisions to drive revenue generation and cost management
- Develop and maintain key partnerships to ensure alignment with business needs and long-term value creation
- Represent the organisation at industry events and maintain our position as a leading residential builder
