Warehouse Distribution Specialist

We're seeking an exceptional Warehouse Operator to join our team in Bassendean. As a key member of our distribution team, your primary responsibility will be to deliver a world-class distribution service to our customer base within the state by picking and processing orders within a specified timeframe.

This involves stock control – inwards & outwards goods, ensuring processes are followed by all staff and conducting thorough checks on all stock entering and exiting the Warehouse via customer orders and internal deliveries.

You will also be responsible for preparing each individual order, date stamping batteries, and labeling them with their destination as well as maintaining a clean and tidy Warehouse environment.

In addition, you will assist with daily tasks such as cleaning up battery acid spills, servicing vehicles, trucks, forklifts, and PME equipment, and carrying out monthly stocktakes.

• Minimum of 12 months' experience in a warehouse distribution environment
• Highly trustworthy and reliable
• Able to perform physical duties, including lifting batteries (average weight: 17kg)
• Current forklift (LF or LO) licence
• Basic computer skills and close attention to detail

• Able to work under pressure
