About the Role

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with disability? Do you have a strong background in Behaviour Support? We're looking for an experienced NDIS Support Professional - Behaviour to join our team as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.

In this role, you'll work closely with NDIS participants, their families, and carers to understand their needs and develop tailored support plans. You'll also mentor and support less experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners within the team.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Behaviour Support services to NDIS participants, prioritising their needs and goals
  • Mentor and support less experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners within the team
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of support services
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in Behaviour Support
What We're Looking For
  • Current suitability - confirmed by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission - at the Proficient level as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
  • Completed a degree-level qualification as an allied health professional
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality Behaviour Support services
