Market Strategist Role

We are seeking a skilled Market Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical arbitrage and experience designing end-to-end strategies across futures markets.

The successful applicant will work closely with our ETF market-making desk to align trading efforts and share insights, identifying new trading opportunities and driving consistent PnL growth.

This is a high-impact role that offers autonomy to shape and deploy own strategies within a proven and scalable trading environment.

We require a highly motivated individual with 5+ years of relevant trading experience at a leading proprietary trading firm, with a proven track record in high-pressure, performance-driven environments.

Candidates should have advanced programming skills, ideally in Python and/or C++, as well as deep expertise in probability, statistics, and numerical analysis.

A strong analytical and problem-solving ability, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a solid understanding of financial markets and trading dynamics are essential.

Strong academic background in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or another STEM-related discipline is required.
