Job Title: Environmental Services Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team to deliver safe and efficient cleaning operations across the hospital.
  • Ensure compliance with audits and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and manage financial activities, including budget allocation and stock management.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have experience in managing cleaning operations in a healthcare or aged care environment. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential for this role, as well as demonstrated experience at management level. A strong commercial acumen is also required, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills. The ideal candidate will be able to lead and motivate a team to achieve high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
