Job Opportunity

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in end-to-end HR operations, including performance management, recruitment, development pathways, policy development, award interpretation, payroll support, and workforce planning.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong HR generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
  • Confidence in IR/ER matters and injury management.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and modern awards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a practical and personable approach.
  • A relevant HR qualification or equivalent experience is essential.
