We seek skilled individuals to join our team as Raceday Operatives.

Ascot Racecourse hosts major race day events from October to January, and we require staff to operate betting terminals and provide customer service.

The successful candidate will work closely with others to deliver exceptional service and receive on-the-job training.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate betting terminals efficiently
  • Handle cash transactions and reconcile discrepancies
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Work in a dynamic environment
Requirements
  • Proven experience in cash handling and reconciliation
  • Demonstrated numeracy accuracy
  • Current police clearance and be over 18 years old
  • Availability to work Saturdays and carnival days
