Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Children's Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Outside School Hours Care service.

Your main objective will be to develop and implement high-quality activities for children that promote learning, safety, and fun. You will work closely with our staff to ensure that all children receive the best possible care and attention.

  • You will be responsible for planning and delivering daily programs that cater to the needs of children aged 5-12 years old.
  • You will supervise and support our team of educators to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide quality care.
  • You will maintain accurate records and reports related to child safety, attendance, and program evaluation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate IV or higher in Children's Services or a related field.
  • A current Employee Working with Children Check.
  • HLTAID012 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
