About the Role

We are seeking a talented and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing team at Big Red Group. As a key collaborator, you will be responsible for designing effective digital-first layouts for our core brands, working across both digital and social platforms, as well as additional marketing collateral.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement design solutions that meet the needs of our consumers and drive business results
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, creative, and account management teams to craft effective design solutions
  • Communicate clearly and effectively through the work and within internal teams
  • Maintain a perfectionist's gaze on quality control, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy
  • Be a solid brand guardian, executing according to evolving brand guidelines across our growing portfolio
Requirements
  • A degree in graphic design
  • Minimum 4 years of graphic design experience
  • Strong layout, graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and typography skills
  • Ability to assess and understand a creative brief and translate ideas into creative solutions
  • Driven, thrive in a fast-moving environment where you take ownership and can think outside the box
  • Proficient in Adobe suite, with bonus points for Canva and Keynote/Powerpoint skills
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to deliver to tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
