Michael Hill, a premium jewellery brand operating in Australia, New Zealand and Canada, is seeking an experienced Store Operations Leader for its Carindale flagship store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager to deliver sales growth, customer satisfaction and operational excellence
  • Lead by example to showcase exceptional customer service skills and promote a positive work environment
  • Coach and develop team members to improve performance and drive results through ongoing mentoring and feedback
  • Maintain multiple client relationships in a fast-paced environment with a customer-centric focus

About You

  • Proven ability to deliver results in a driven and/or highly measured environment with an understanding of KPIs
  • Confidence to oversee store operations alongside and in the absence of the Store Manager
  • A customer-centric focus with the ability to maintain multiple client relationships in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective coaching skills to improve the performance of other team members and create a supportive, motivated culture within the store
