Responsibilities include:

  • Providing superior customer service
  • Attending regular training sessions
  • Re-booking appointments and managing schedules
  • Communicating financial plans and terms of care to clients
  • Assisting in assessments and health history collection
  • Performing administrative tasks efficiently
  • Providing support with IT queries
  • Maintaining a safe working environment

We offer comprehensive training for new team members, including on-the-job training alongside an experienced colleague. Our flexible scheduling allows for approximately 38 hours of work per week, spread across Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
