Warehouse Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Professional to join our team. As a key member of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for executing retail, e-commerce picking, packing, and dispatch with efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by driving brand loyalty and increasing customer lifetime value
  • Execute inbound freight put away, stock audits, and cyclic counts effectively to maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse environment at all times in accordance with OH&S regulations
  • Contribute to a positive team culture promoting transparency, openness, problem-solving, and continuous improvement
  • Work collaboratively with the Outbound Team Leader and Warehouse Manager to achieve business targets
  • Nurture internal relationships with other departments and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail warehousing with a focus on operational excellence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy with strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication and time management skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Enthusiastic and welcoming to feedback with a growth mindset
