Trade Warehouse Specialist

This is a full-time position based at Derwent Park, Tasmania. Reporting to the store manager, you will deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service for all customers in store and in the warehouse.
  • Ensuring stock movements and maintenance of stock are completed efficiently.
  • Loading trucks with customer orders for distribution and complying with safety requirements.
  • Unloading inbound orders of stock.
  • Serving customers in the warehouse part of the store.
  • Ensuring documentation, labeling, and presentation of product meet company standards.
  • Warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts, and general housekeeping.

The successful candidate will have a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence. You will work closely with the store manager and other team members to achieve store revenue goals.
