Electrical Maintenance Specialist

SalaryWe offer a competitive salary with the opportunity for commission-based earnings, estimated to be around $80,000-$120,000 per year.
Job DescriptionAs an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for undertaking residential and commercial maintenance work across the Gold Coast Region. This includes switchboard inspections/upgrades, emergency lighting maintenance and upgrades, LED lighting installations and upgrades, power point and light switches, electrical hot water repairs and connections, smoke alarm installation, certifications and servicing, appliance installations, air conditioner and ceiling fan installations, and pre-purchase property inspections.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have a QLD Electrical licence or equivalent state/territory (NZ) licence, White Card, National Police Check, Blue Card, CPR/LVR, and a valid Open drivers licence. Desirable qualifications include Air Conditioning and Refrigeration License, experience in solar system installation and fault finding, proficiency in data and AV services, including Open Cabling Registration, High Risk - Working at Heights certification, EWP License, and familiarity with Service M8 and iPad technology for job logging.
