Identity and Access Specialist
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of cybersecurity professionals who are passionate about securing core systems and enabling scalable access management. As an Identity and Access Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust identity programs that meet the evolving needs of our business.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of identity protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and other related technologies. They will also possess excellent technical skills, including software engineering background, experience with auth code review, and ability to collaborate closely with engineers.
Key Responsibilities:- Deploy Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions that stand up to creative phishing attacks.
- Shape BYOD authentication policies to ensure security without compromising productivity.
- Design and implement Just-In-Time (JIT) access for high-value systems.
- Owning and driving the big-picture strategy for Identity and Access Management.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of identity protocols and their applications.
- Excellent technical skills, including software engineering background and experience with auth code review.
- Ability to collaborate closely with engineers and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
