As a Global SAP partner, Capgemini is one of the world's largest and most experienced SAP systems integrators, boasting 17,800 practitioners and over 40 years of expertise. We support clients in implementing highly scalable solutions for Digital Core Transformation, Commerce, LOB Transformation, Advanced Analytics, OnePath for SAP, and SAP Innovation.

Now, let's delve into the role and responsibilities:

  • We seek an individual to facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Finance and Controlling Solutions to Capgemini clients.
  • This person will play a leading role in projects with significant client exposure, contributing to successful project delivery.
  • The ideal candidate will act as a functional expert, providing functional and technical guidance throughout the project or application lifecycle.
  • They will lead business process workshops and interact effectively with clients to understand their business and develop solutions based on business and technical knowledge.
  • Collaboration with business process owners, architects, and business SMEs is essential for developing To-Be business processes and integrating them with SAP and non-SAP applications in the client system landscape.

Key qualifications and experience include:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of proven experience delivering SAP projects (mandatory), with at least 3 large-scale implementations in FMCG or Process Manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies using Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira (mandatory).
  • Effective team dynamics balancing, client needs management, and leadership expectations.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand client challenges and drive impactful solutions (mandatory).
  • Responsibility for overall team leadership and direction.
  • Experience with onboarding and offboarding processes for team members.
  • Accountability for reviewing timesheets and allocating work efficiently.
  • Certifications in SAP and Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2).
  • Strong client-facing communication skills, professionalism, meeting facilitation, Functional or Technical proficiency in SAP.
  • Ability to build and manage project teams across multiple international locations with structured processes and communication plans for successful delivery.
  • Knowledgeable in interpreting Statements of Work (SOWs), managing project scope, and understanding project financials, including processing scope changes.
  • Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and Steering Committees.
  • Effectiveness in working with diverse service lines to deliver cohesive Capgemini solutions to clients.
  • Collaboration with teams across different regions for unified project outcomes.
