About the Team

As a Global SAP partner, Capgemini is one of the world's largest and most experienced SAP systems integrators, with 17,800 practitioners and over 40 years of experience. We support clients in implementing highly scalable solutions in Digital Core Transformation, Commerce and LOB Transformation, Advanced Analytics, OnePath for SAP, and SAP Innovation.

About the Role and Responsibilities

This role involves facilitating the implementation and support of SAP Finance and Controlling Solutions to Capgemini clients. You'll play a leading role in projects with strong client exposure and contribute to successful project delivery. As a functional expert, you'll provide guidance on both functional and technical aspects throughout the project lifecycle.

You'll lead business process workshops and interact closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions based on your technical knowledge. Additionally, you'll work with business process owners, architects, and business SMEs to develop To-Be business processes and integrate them with SAP and non-SAP applications in the client system landscape.

About Your Qualifications and Experience

This role requires 8-10 years of proven experience delivering SAP projects (in a lead role) with at least 3 large-scale implementations in FMCG or Process Manufacturing. You must be proficient in Agile methodologies using Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira. Strong communication skills, professionalism, meeting facilitation, and functional/technical proficiency in SAP are essential.

Apart from these requirements, you should be skilled at building and managing project teams across multiple international locations with structured processes and communication plans for successful delivery. You'll also need to interpret Statements of Work (SOWs), manage project scope, and understand project financials, including processing scope changes.
