About the Role

**Job Summary**:

We are seeking a skilled Release Lead to drive the delivery of business initiatives into cross-platform or cross-Tribe releases of new technology features or enhancements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in release management, planning and coordination among teams, and ensuring a proper release schedule is met.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate implementation planning and release management of changes into production
  • Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure multiple releases can be achieved simultaneously
  • Responsible for release management across streams of work
  • Define release schedules and adhere to company procedures
  • Develop a comprehensive plan to track and integrate multiple inputs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated successful end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects
  • Qualified/Certified Release Lead or related certification
  • Proven ability to plan at both high and detail levels
  • Ability to facilitate project estimation, timeline, and budgets
  • Experience designing and implementing release frameworks and process improvements
