Job Opportunity

As a seasoned creative leader, you will be responsible for driving design excellence in the Australia-New Zealand studio. This role requires someone who can bridge global vision with deep regional insight to deliver high-quality solutions.

The Creative Manager will oversee a multidisciplinary team of designers and lead them in delivering end-to-end solutions across various formats. You will need to translate complex business challenges into cohesive creative narratives and personally steer flagship work to model quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage distributed creative teams and collaborate across time zones
  • Refine briefing, resourcing, and QA processes to balance billability, people management, and design investment

You will work closely with the team to ensure that all projects meet the required standards of creativity and quality. Your expertise in Adobe CC, PowerPoint, Figma/AdobeXD, motion/video suites, and GenAI toolchains will be essential in driving innovation and growth.

Requirements
  • 8-10 years in creative leadership across agency, in-house, or consultancy environments
  • Proven B2B portfolio demonstrating experience in managing distributed creative teams
  • Deep proficiency in Adobe CC and other relevant tools
