Quarry Operator Job Description

The quarry operator will play a vital role in the operation of our mobile plant and equipment.

Key responsibilities include ensuring safety standards are maintained, operating mobile plant and equipment, undertaking housekeeping and basic maintenance, and occasional manual handling and general labouring tasks.

The successful candidate will have experience operating mobile plant in a quarry or mining environment with strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of fixed crushing and screening operations.

A proven commitment to health and safety and ability to work effectively in a team is essential.

The ideal candidate will hold a current driver's license; RII competencies and Certificate III in Extractive Industries. Leading hand experience is highly regarded.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Ensure safety standards are maintained.
  • Operate mobile plant and equipment.
