Head of Store Operations

Coles is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Store Operations to lead our Queensland stores to the next level. As a key member of our Central Operations team, you will be responsible for driving excellence across our stores, leading and inspiring a team of Regional Managers, and implementing innovative solutions to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Regional Managers to drive store operations excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations, customer experience, and sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve company goals.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including store managers, regional managers, and other business partners.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail operations, with a strong track record of leading large teams and driving business results.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
