Disability Services Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Disability Services Team Leader to join our team in Innisfail, QLD.
About the RoleThis permanent full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to work autonomously and as part of a dedicated team in Far North QLD. As a Disability Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a team and advocating for the human rights of people with disabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in human services or equivalent tertiary education, with at least 3 years' experience working in leadership roles within the disability sector and Aged Care.
Key Responsibilities- Supervision and Advocacy: Lead and support a team to deliver high-quality services to clients, ensuring their human rights are respected and upheld.
- Team Management: Manage the team on a rotating roster to maintain effective site operations and ensure adherence to organisational policy and procedure.
- Client Centred Approach: Foster a well-balanced team culture that prioritises client needs and promotes autonomy.
