Job Title:
Professional Dental Support Assistant

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a casual dental assistant or receptionist in a community-focused practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in either reception or dental assisting and/or be willing to be trained in both areas.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical chairside assistance and support during procedures.
• Deliver excellent patient care, both in the chair and at reception.
• Maintain strict sterilisation protocols and a clean, hygienic environment.
• Manage stock, supplies, and assist with front-desk duties including bookings and patient enquiries.

Requirements:
• Willingness to learn - Previous knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, or dental software is a bonus, but not essential. We'll provide training and support to help you grow.
• Great with details - Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask will help you thrive in a busy, supportive clinic environment.
• People-focused - Excellent communication skills and a caring, positive attitude are what matter most when supporting our patients and team.
• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or Receptionist is valued, but we're happy to train the right candidate.
• Availability for occasional late-night shifts and weekends as required.
