School Psychologist

Caulfield Grammar School is a leading independent co-educational school providing exceptional educational opportunities from Early Learning through to Year 12.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced School Psychologist to join our team at Wheeler's Hill Senior Campus. As a School Psychologist, you will be part of a dynamic team delivering high-quality counselling services to support the psychological, social, and emotional well-being of students.

• Provide expert counselling support to students, including undertaking risk assessments as required.
• Develop and implement small-group interventions tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Play a critical role in responding to crisis situations and contributing to critical incident management.
• Collaborate closely with staff, students, and parents to ensure effective pastoral care and personal development programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and administration, ensuring adherence to best practice standards.

• Demonstrated experience working as a psychologist with adolescents in a school-based setting.
• Confirmed registration with AHPRA and relevant qualifications.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Committed to adhering to the Australian Psychological Society Codes of Ethics.
• Employment Working With Children Check.

This is a part-time, 6-month fixed-term opportunity that aligns with term time only, offering a great balance between work and personal life during school holidays.

• Competitive salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
