  • Conduct departure cleans, services, deep cleans and common area cleaning as required, using equipment and supplies provided.\
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest needs and concerns.\
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.\
  • Be available to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.\
  • Take initiative to identify areas for improvement and implement changes, contributing to ongoing quality enhancement.\
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, managing time and workload to meet deadlines and deliver results.\
