About the Role

Reporting to the Housekeeping Supervisor, the Housekeeping Room Attendant plays a key role in delivering exceptional, friendly, and professional service to all guests and visitors. You will be responsible for the meticulous cleaning and servicing of allocated guest rooms, ensuring every task is completed to the highest standards and within designated timeframes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and service guest rooms and areas to a high standard using set procedures and checklists.
  • Follow all guest privacy and hotel security protocols.
  • Sign in/out and safely handle master keys throughout each shift.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests or escalate issues as needed.
  • Use and store cleaning products safely in line with health and safety guidelines.
Skills & Experience
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role
  • Ability to use computer tablets and mobile phones for housekeeping tasks
  • Great verbal + written communication skills.
  • You will be well presented and always professionally groomed.
