Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee unit administration and coordinate curriculum activities.
  • Provide academic support and guidance to students through consultations and advising sessions.
  • Supervise research projects of honours, master's, or postgraduate students engaged in coursework.

Requirements:
  • Hold a doctoral qualification in a relevant discipline such as operations research, operations management, business analytics, data science, machine learning, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of high-quality research and scholarly publications.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently, fostering strong relationships with colleagues.
  • Possess experience working in interdisciplinary teams and collaborating with external organisations.
