We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit variations, extensions of time (EOTs), and formal letters in accordance with contract requirements.
- Develop and implement contract administration processes, procedures, and tools.
- Maintain accurate records of contract documentation, correspondence, and approvals.
- Work closely with the project manager in the administration of the contract.
- Monitor contract performance, key dates, and deliverables to ensure compliance.
- Liaise with subcontractors and third parties to resolve any contractual issues.
- Support procurement activities, including scope development and subcontract agreements.
- Contribute to project reporting and risk management processes.
- Ensure subcontractor compliance with licensing, insurance, and regulatory requirements.
- Support pre-contract activities, including risk assessments and documentation preparation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, legal standards, and industry best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Tertiary qualification in construction management or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in contract administration within the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Previous experience working on large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects.
- Experience in project execution required.
- Strong understanding of standard construction contracts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
