Contract Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and submit variations, extensions of time (EOTs), and formal letters in accordance with contract requirements.
    • Develop and implement contract administration processes, procedures, and tools.
    • Maintain accurate records of contract documentation, correspondence, and approvals.
    • Work closely with the project manager in the administration of the contract.
    • Monitor contract performance, key dates, and deliverables to ensure compliance.
    • Liaise with subcontractors and third parties to resolve any contractual issues.
    • Support procurement activities, including scope development and subcontract agreements.
    • Contribute to project reporting and risk management processes.
    • Ensure subcontractor compliance with licensing, insurance, and regulatory requirements.
    • Support pre-contract activities, including risk assessments and documentation preparation.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies, legal standards, and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Tertiary qualification in construction management or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in contract administration within the construction or infrastructure sector.
  • Previous experience working on large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects.
  • Experience in project execution required.
  • Strong understanding of standard construction contracts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
