About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in the Mackay region. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from tender award through to handover and post-construction activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee safety, quality, budget, and delivery of projects.
- Problem-solving and developing solutions.
- Working with project consultants.
- Excellent client relations and managing relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Provide direction to Site Supervisor.
- Be able to interpret detailed drawings and documents.
- Work in a team environment with great communication skills.
Requirements
- Experience working as a PM/Site manager or in a similar capacity within the construction industry.
- Cert 4 Carpentry/Building and/or Bachelor of Construction Management/Project management (or equivalent).
- Strong communication skills, including written and verbal.
- An experienced Project Manager with 5+ years' experience.
- Must have experience in Commercial building, including Schools and industrial Sheds.
- Experience with Databuild, Bluebeam, and Procore preferred.
