Graduate Building Designer/ Architectural Draftsperson

We are seeking a talented Graduate Building Designer/Architectural Draftsperson to contribute to the creation of innovative and bespoke design projects.

This role involves preparing, editing and revising building documentation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. You will collaborate with clients, consultants and council to deliver successful project outcomes.

  • Develop and document architectural concepts for building approval in consultation with the design team.
  • Research building regulations and codes of practice to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct site measure studies and provide valuable insights to inform design decisions.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1+ year working experience in drafting and/or architectural design position.
  • Proficiency in Revit and sound knowledge of Lumion visualisation software.
  • Solid understanding of National Construction Codes.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, Building Design, or related discipline.
