We are seeking a skilled Senior Structural Engineer to take on a pivotal role in our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute structural design strategies for large-scale civil projects, encompassing bridges, retaining walls, stormwater and wastewater pits, drainage systems, culverts, and other infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with the Civil Design team to scope, design, and construct complex assets.
  • Maintain current knowledge of construction methods and materials, evaluating their impact on design and construction processes.
  • Deliver innovative and practical engineering solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Cross-functional collaboration is essential to deliver comprehensive project outcomes.
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering are mandatory.
  • Proven experience in designing and executing structural elements for large civil projects.
  • Prior experience within a consulting environment is highly desirable.
  • RPEQ (Structural) accreditation is preferred.
  • Proficiency in structural software such as RAM Concept, SpaceGass, or ETABS is required.
  • Familiarity with a variety of structural materials is essential.
  • Knowledge of Australian design codes is necessary.
  • Aptitude for analysis, design, reporting, and presentation skills is crucial.
