Role Summary:

Our organisation is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Educational Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for role modeling, coaching, mentoring, and critically reflecting with our educators to deliver curriculums and environments that enrich the child's holistic self.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality early childhood education and care. As an Educational Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the educational direction of our service and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hold a Bachelor or Diploma in Early Education (Essential)
  • Have experience as an Educational Leader in a childcare setting
  • Be willing to support and guide the team
  • A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
  • Available to open and close when required
  • Have knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach
  • Be an excellent communicator
