This is an opportunity to lead a team of early learning professionals, guiding them in delivering a bespoke learning program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive educational strategy in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice.

  • Work collaboratively with the team to drive business growth and revenue generation through strategic planning.
Requirements:
  • A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards) is essential for this leadership role.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in managing change within education, health, or community services sectors.
  • Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage is highly valued.
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills are necessary for success in this position.
