Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Golf Operations Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in the golf shop and associated food and beverage services. This is a full-time salaried position with opportunities for coaching and supplementing income outside rostered hours (for PGA-qualified candidates).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Use of Point of Sale systems
  • Retail and merchandising operations
  • Delivery of daily golf shop operations, including golf cart management
  • Retail sales, equipment hire, and beverage sales (including alcohol)
  • Basic food handling and snack sales
  • General cleaning and presentation of the shop/club
  • Teaching opportunities: individual, group coaching, and Junior program development
