At ALH Hotels, we are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our passionate team. As a leader, you will be responsible for developing and training the team to ensure an exceptional guest experience every time.

The successful candidate will have hospitality/retail leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing day-to-day operations, including open/close procedures, back of house administration, recruiting team members, rostering, and assisting guests.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about good food and creating memorable moments for our guests. If you have the ability to lead, develop, and coach a large, multi-skilled team, and can operate in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and train the team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the venue, including open/close procedures, back of house administration, and staff management
  • Lead by example and promote a positive team culture
  • Assist guests with their needs and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements:

  • Hospitality/retail leadership experience, preferably in a similar role
  • Able to lead, develop, and coach a large, multi-skilled team
  • Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
  • Highly developed customer service skills
  • Current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications
