We are seeking highly motivated and organized individuals to join our team as Shift Leaders. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing shifts and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage restaurant operations, including supervising employees, maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness, and reviewing sales projections to align with shift targets and company goals.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent leadership skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail. You should also be confident in engaging with customers, suppliers, or contractors, and have effective communication skills.
In addition to your leadership skills, you should be well-presented, friendly, and organized. You should also be adaptable to a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work effectively under pressure.
The ideal candidate will have management experience in hospitality or retail, and hold relevant qualifications such as First Aid Level 2 and Fire Safety Training. However, these are not essential requirements.
