New Graduate Mobile Occupational Therapist

This is an exceptional opportunity for a new graduate occupational therapist to join our mobile, community-based team. You will work in a diverse caseload of clients across various settings including homes, schools, and the community.

As a new graduate, you will receive full training and support from our experienced team. You will have the opportunity to build your clinical skills and confidence while working with a supportive and collaborative team.

The role involves therapy planning and intervention delivery for adults and children, assistive technology trials and prescription, minor home modifications, and conducting functional capacity assessments and reporting.

You will also be responsible for goal setting and outcome tracking, mental health and psychosocial support interventions, and telehealth consultations to assist rural populations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Full AHPRA registration + insurance
  • Own car and current driver's license
  • CPR / First aid (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current police check (or willingness to obtain)
  • COVID vaccinations (up to date)
  • Eligible to work permanently in Australia
