Lead Educator

The role of a Lead Educator is to take charge of their own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. The Lead Educator will collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. This position ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

This role is perfect for those who are passionate about shaping children's lives during their crucial developmental years and want to lead a team to achieve better outcomes for the future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide high-quality educational programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • To lead and manage a team of Educators to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • To work collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to drive continuous improvement in teaching practices.
Requirements:
  • A Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA approved equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current Western Australia Working with Children Check.
