This rewarding role involves providing practical support and companionship for older people returning home after a stay in the hospital, empowering independence and improving the quality of life for clients living in the Northern Sydney Area.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, mealtime, and medication administration
  • Providing transport services to clients to appointments or on shopping trips
  • Accompanying clients on outings and social support activities

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent (preferred)
  • Experience in providing client-centered care
  • A current First Aid certificate
  • A valid driver's license and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle

Competitive salary: $32.20 - $34.76 per hour + $0.99 per km and travel time reimbursement. Up to 18,550 NFP salary packaging available.
