Financial Operations Manager Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure tax-effective accounting practices are implemented, including regular reconciliation and analysis.
  • Manage cash flow effectively, forecasting and obtaining internal approval as necessary.
  • Reconcile and analyze project financials on a monthly basis (or as required).
  • Update relevant project financial forecasts on a periodic basis.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.

This role requires a high degree of autonomy, independence, and self-motivation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
