Position Overview

At CareSouth, we prioritize safety, healing, and connection through nurturing relationships. Supporting families, children, and young individuals is at the heart of our values. We are currently seeking a Caseworker to enhance our Goulburn, NSW team in a full-time permanent role.

Key Responsibilities

As a Caseworker, you will collaborate with a dynamic team addressing various aspects of child protection.

Your daily responsibilities may include:

  • Conducting home visits to children, young people, and caregivers.
  • Engaging holistically with caregivers, families, and service providers to assist children and young people in achieving their objectives.
  • Collaborating with a diverse team to share insights and knowledge for optimal outcomes for children and young people.
  • Documenting the goals, journeys, and milestones of children and young people.
  • Facilitating permanency for children and young people, ensuring they have a stable home for life.
