Food Care Assistant Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Food Care Assistant Professional to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents by providing exceptional care and support with their eating and drinking needs.
About the Role:- Assist residents with eating and drinking based on their individual nutritional requirements
- Monitor food and fluid intake to ensure optimal health and well-being
- Provide daily living assistance and support to residents in a respectful and dignified manner
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience working in an aged care or healthcare environment is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team
